Rebecca Noelle performed on Day 4 of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017.
I wasn’t aware that she went out on her own considering she was in the Peptides.
Also, she was placed #2 on La Voix (Quebec’s version of the Voice).
It was a wonderful performance on the City Stage!
