Today the Montreal musician Sasha Cay dropped the track called Loose Teeth.
The third single is taken from the upcoming album called Spin which comes out on September 22, 2023 via Lighter Than Air.
A moody indie alternative rock tune.
About the track by Sasha:
The song was inspired by a childhood belief she had about memory: that you had a finite amount of space in your head, and the same way baby teeth have to fall out for new teeth to come in, you’d eventually have to give up some of your memories in order to make space for more.
With this logic, “Loose Teeth” was written about trying to overwrite our recurring traumatic memories.
