With various shows happening on November 25, 2011, I decided to go to Babylon Nightclub to support two Ottawa acts.
The show was a celebration and a thank you to the fans of Sound of Lions, who recently won Best New Act and Best Album from the Ottawa Xpress Readers Poll 2011.
The show started off with Zoo Legacy.
This was my first time to see them live since I reviewed their music in August.
I was really impressed with their set.
Next was Sound of Lions, and already a lot of people had showed up.
It was a pretty awesome set.
The vibe was pretty positive and there were a lot of people there to support them.
They sang tracks from the album “11.44“.

Overall, this was a fun show.
Hopefully both acts will try to do some shows outside of Ottawa in the Montreal and Toronto markets, which are dominated by bands in those respective cities.
