This happened on October 2, 2008 at Zaphod Beeblebrox.
This was the first time I actually got to see and appreciate Chad VanGaalen in all his glory and music.
Back then Chad was promoting his third album Soft Airplane to buzz and critical acclaim.
Also on the bill was the now defunct band Women.
That was my first time seeing them play.
And Ottawa’s Thee Male Nurse.
It was a full show and I enjoyed it every bit!
