It was a night of electro-dance pop rock music at Babylon Nightclub.
Performing at the show was The Darcys, Bear Mountain and Townes.
Darcys went all out with this bright neon sign!
The show started off with Ottawa’s synthpop act Townes.
Second band to perform was Vancouver’s Bear Mountain.
You can say this was the band’s first time to play in Ottawa. (Blacksheep Inn maybe)
They were promoting their album Badu and got people dancing.
Finally it was The Darcys’ turn to perform.
It was the first time to see them as a duo.
They recently released their new album Centerfold which is a departure from the indie art-rock to more of an electro-pop synth rock music.
They did perform a few old tracks like The River in more of a synth style.
Felt so very 80s to say the least!
It was a great Thursday night.
