Let’s say Day 7 of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017 was quite something. Starting off was Ottawa’s R&B/Hip-hop artist Maurice Moore. Had girls screaming with his dance moves and songs.
Gary Clark Jr. performed over at the Black Sheep Inn stage which was filled with well-behaved audience during RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. Impressive Blues-rock, soul and R&B music that got everyone on their feet in the rain!
I was so excited to finally The Shins play at RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. First time seeing and I almost nearly cried since my favorite movie and soundtrack from the early 2000s is Garden State. With this and LCD Soundsystem (Sadly I couldn’t photograph) was one of the best shows at the festival.
I was quite disappointed with Choir! Choir! Choir!‘s RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. The one time I saw them was 5 years ago at this house BBQ show in Toronto. They were on at 7:30pm and for the 15 minutes they just kept bantering on and was worried I will miss the Shins at 7:55pm. So …
Phantogram returned to Ottawa playing at RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. Having missed them a long time ago when they played the free stage in market. There was no way of missing them perform here! Wonderful set of electro-rock and dream pop music!
Ottawa’s Slack Bridges got things soulful and funky at the Bluesville stage during RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. Performing alot of new material from their upcoming album. Missed out the special guest but it was such an enjoyable show!
Ottawa’s electro-pop group Fevers kicked off Day 6 of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. It’s been awhile for them and they were promoting their new album Apologia which came out last Friday! Surprised there is a sixth member of the band!
Ending Day 5 of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. Performing at the Black Sheep stage was GL Grime.
July Talk performed one fine show at RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017 Very entertaining with their stage presence and still promoting their 2016 album.
Rapper Fetty Wap performed on the main stage aka City Stage on Day 5 of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2017. It was insane for this show, with teenagers going crazy for him. Very much last year’s Future playing at the festival but not too insane but there were people passing out or getting hurt.
