I wasn’t aware that Dan Griffin who plays in the Arkells has his own solo material album.
He released “Leave Your Love” in September 2011 which you can download for free on his site.
Dan just dropped a single which is a cover of Wolf Parade’s Yulia.
Which I think is the best track from their album Expo 86.
I was like “WOW!” he did an great job making a upbeat rock tune into a stripped down acoustic folky sound.

Dan has announced a series of tour dates throughout Ontario this May.
Sadly Ottawa wasn’t on the list.
