Today the Montreal act Flore Laurentienne dropped Voiles.
The second single is taken from his sophomore album called Volume II which comes out on October 21, 2022 via RVNG Intl. and Costume Records.
About the track:
“Voiles” is a moving composition representing the cyclical nature of time and its passage.
It’s dedicated to the composer’s late father and part of its organ tracks have been recorded while he was grieving on tour.
“Voiles” is also the first time Flore Laurentienne uses the rich sounds of clarinets to create a narrative arc for his pieces
