This is my second year attending FME (Festival de Musique Emergente).
Which is located in Rouyn Noranda, about 6 hours away from Ottawa if you are driving.
So the first show of the night was at Agora des Arts and performing was Hubert Lenoir and Nakhane.
Got there when Nakhane was performing and it was a wonderful electro-pop and soulful set.
Polaris Music Prize shortlisted artist Hubert Lenoir totally killed it.
A hot and sweaty set filled with art rock, alternative and pop music.
So lovely hearing Wild & Free!
This is a artist you have to see if he wins Polaris or not.
He totally has a big fanbase in Quebec.
Great night to kick off the festival.
