RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2015 – Day 2 [July 9, 2015]

Second day of Ottawa RBC Bluesfest 2015.
This time it was more of mix of everything and three stages were opened up.
The acts that I got to photograph were Charles Bradley and His Extraordinaires, Hoodie Allen, BlakDenim, Saint Claire and Thrifty Kids.

Charles Bradley and His Extraordinaires @ Ottawa Bluesfest 2015
Charles Bradley and His Extraordinaires was the final act on the Canadian Stage. It was a brilliant soul and funk set and got me moving and grooving. Did an absolutely amazing version of Heart of Gold by Neil Young. What an artist!!
Hoodie Allen @ Ottawa Bluesfest 2015
American rapper Hoodie Allen got the kids screaming at the Claridge Homes stage. This was his first Ottawa show. There was so much excitement.

Thrifty Kids @ Ottawa Bluesfest 2015
Began my Thursday’s Bluesfest by seeing Ottawa’s Thrifty Kids at the Barney Danson Theatre. The band performed a nice indie surf rock music.

Overall it was a nice Day 2 of the festival.
