Not sure how many times I’ve seen them play live together.
I’m guessing this is my second time since they both opened up for Plants & Animals last year.
I decided after Josh Reichmann Oracle Band‘s set at Zaphods that I in a spur of the moment just go to Dekcuf and see Poorfolk and Acres.
Felt like my night wasn’t over just yet.
I missed out Steve St.Pierre‘s set
Was told that his set was great and his singing voice was amazing.
It was a fun rocking set Poorfolk did.
What surprising was after their set finished.
The members of Poorfolk and Acres got together and did a crazy heavy metal jam session.
I felt like Jon of Poorfolk was going to attack.
Nice to see them channeling Led Zeppelin or someone heavy.
I didn’t stay long for Acres because of the damn buses in Ottawa
But I did snap some shots of their set.
What a fun night.
