As what the title says!
Not to be confused with Ottawa/Toronto “The Balconies“.
Balcony is a duo from Montreal.
The duo consist of:
- Devon Bate
- David Martinez
They happened to email me in December and it wasn’t until now that I got time to check out their music.
Apparently they were featured on BRBR.
They only released a self-titled EP which was released last summer.
While listening to it, they have that mix of indie pop and experimental acoustic post-jazz music.
I actually enjoyed it catchy sound.
Abit over the top on tracks like The Seal Who Became Famous when it gets all glitchy at the end.
While the final tracks Cemetery is a bizarre epic experimental pop music.
