As much as I loved Montreal’s Silly Kissers with their fun new wave dance pop.
I should give a chance to TOPS.
Basically the same members but the music is exactly opposite.
Think of it as more mellow new wave pop with a touch of soft rock.
Something you would hear from the soundtrack to Top Gun or something 80s.
The band dropped a music video for Rings of Saturn.
The single is taken from their debut album “Tender Opposites” on Arbutus Records.
Its so old school with the whole VHS looks.
