Went to Raw Sugar Cafe on June 25, 2010.
I finally got to see a Bob Wiseman set.
Also playing were Glenn Nuotio and Catriona Sturton.
It was a nice evening of great acoustic music.
Bob Wiseman’s set was very elaborate with his short videos.
There was some short films with his friends one being Scott Thompson from Kids In The Hall and that guy you see in the Rogers TV commercial where he doesn’t get good reception on his cellphone.
Surprised to how talented he is playing that accordion.
The short films were entertaining and funny.
The songs he sings are very thought provoking and in your face.
It was a wonderful evening at Raw Sugar Cafe.
