I got this email from Humming Records which is a Berlin based Record label.
They wanted me to check out this band from Swindon UK called Napoleon In Rags.
The band members consist of:
The band has only been around for little over a year.
This year they got to play BBC‘s introducing stage at Glastonbury Festival and sharing stages with the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club.
Their music is very indie post-punk/garage rock.
So I decided to hear their single Empty Promises.
I was like wow!
It has that grungey dirty rock sound.
Can’t pinpoint what they remind me of but all I could think of is “The Killers” if they sounded like that.
