I headed up to Lee’s Palace for the SESAC Showcase.
The first band playing from 2.54.
They are a band from London, UK.
The music was indie rock with that doom drone sound.
The lead singer, when she spoke reminded me of Shirley Manson of Garbage.
I was told from someone that they sound like The xx but I didn’t hear any similarities.
It was a interesting set.
