Week one of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest went by so fast.
Sunday night was no exception with the line up.
I didn’t get to photograph Alanis Morissette which I didn’t mind since it was a blast hanging with friends and singing out loud to Jagged Little Pill which she sang in its entirety and zoomed by so fast.
Can’t believe she hasn’t played Ottawa in 25 years. (But she still visits since she still has family)
Garbage who performed before Alanis.
It was so great to finally see them live, I think the sound was iffy but that didn’t matter to me since I got to hear Stupid Girl as their third song.
Somehow I feel like I was 25 years too late from their hit prime but it was worthwhile hearing other great tracks like Special and Push It.
Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats literally packed the River Stage with a lively bluesy rock and soul music.
Josephine Leone rocked it at the River Stage.
Sophia Radisch kicked off the day at the main stage
