Bacon Fat Thursdays is a first in a new series taking place at Mugshots (HI-Ottawa Jail Hostel).
Every last Thursday of the month, Bacon Fat will be showcasing bands in the amazing setting of the Ottawa Jail Hostel courtyard.
This was the first to attend a show at this place.
Playing at the first show on July 26, 2012 were:
Boyhood
Fet.Nat
I was more excited to see Boyhood play.
It just their blend of indie experimental lo-fi grungey pop rock music.
First time seeing Caylie drum.
Man she can go at it and at least she didn’t bled on the guitar. 
Definitely a great rocking set.
Then it was Gatineau/Hull’s Fet.Nat turn to play.
They played a really intense experimental rock.
Couldn’t tell if they were mixing English and French within the songs?
It was totally a wild set.
Definitely a fun night filled with music, friends and booze.
