It was a nice acoustic folk show at Raw Sugar Cafe on June 26, 2012.
A decent crowd attended this lovely night of music.

Ottawa’s Brandon Allan started off the set.
He played a nice acoustic set of his own music he wrote.
Next was Ben Caplan.
I finally got a chance to see him play, having missed out on various shows.
This time he was playing a solo set.
Usually he would have a his band “The Causal Smokers” play with him.
But it was to see him play on his own.
I was really impressed with the songs he sang.
He did get the audience to participate in singing the songs out loud.
The last song he played, he actually used the Raw Sugar Cafe’s organ.
I never seen anyone tried to use it.
Overall it was an amazing show.
