I’ve decided to compile my favorite shows that happened in 2018.
Most are from Ottawa at bars and clubs and there are some from Toronto, Montreal and Seattle.
It was so hard choosing the ones to list down.
Starting off with #41 to #50.
When you click on the photo, it will take you the posting from the show.
41. Shadowhand at St. Albans Church on March 10, 2018. It was the band’s LP release show.
42. Born Ruffians @ the 27 Club on March 7, 2018. First of a two night show in Ottawa. Love the giant lamps.
43. Scenic Route to Alaska @ House of Targ on April 19, 2018.
44. Giant Hand @ Bar Robo on February 23, 2018.
45. Flying Hórses @ NAC Fourth Stage on April 6, 2018.
46. Too Many Zooz @ The 27 Club on March 29, 2018. One hour of non-stop Brass-house music which totally brought the house down with excitement.
47. Milk & Bone @ The 27 Club on March 2, 2018.
48. Heavy Bell @ Pressed on February 2, 2018. Duo made up of Royal Canoe frontman Matt Peters and actor/singer-songwriter Tom Keenan.
Promoting the album By Grand Central Station which was written as a tribute to the 1945 novel by Ottawa-born author Elizabeth Smart’s “By Grand Central Station I Sat Down and Wept”.
49. July Talk @ The Horseshoe Tavern during Canadian Music Week 2018. This is the one time where I would get to see the band in a small intimate and legendary venue in Toronto.
50. Shawn Mendes @ RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2018.
