Arboretum Music + Arts Festival is almost a week away (August 16 and 17) and couldn’t be any excited about it.
So I am trying to get a hold of the acts playing at this year’s festival and try to ask them a short Q&A.
The first was Caylie of Boyhood.
They will be playing on August 16th in Waller Park at 6pm.
The band is popular with their indie experimental pop alternative music.

How excited are you to be playing at the second annual Arboretum Festival?
I’m super excited about being a part of arboretum again this year.
Are there any acts you are excited to see?
I’m most looking forward to seeing Doldrums on Saturday night.

Besides the acts, any of the food vendors, arts & crafts stuff you like to check out or do?
Very excited to eat a tonne of delicious food and just to hang out and check out the other acts, as well as the arts & crafts stuff taking place.
What can we expect from your live set?
You can expect some new material for Boyhood‘s set – possibly sparkles
What do you think a festival like this would be beneficial to the city?
I think any event that brings community together for arts, food and drink is an absolutely positive, beneficial thing in every way for everybody involved.
