It’s been a busy weekend for myself.
So I will try to get some of the coverage from Ontario Scene.
After seeing the wonderful Basement Revue by Jason Collett.
I headed to Ritual for another show.
It was Cold Specks and Etiquette.
I made it on time for parts of Etiquette and missed out Ottawa’s Boyhood.
I always forget that it’s not just Julie and Graham playing together.
They also had a backing band that consisted of Andy Lloyd of Born Ruffians and was surprised to see Hannah Georgas.
It was lovely set of electro-pop music.
Lastly Cold Specks wowed the audience with their music.
You had to be at the show to see it.
Al mostly played materials from the second album Neuroplasticity.
Nice to see Loel Campbell of Wintersleep drumming for her.
Definitely can belt out that voice!
