Went to a panel at the Innovation Centre at Bayview Yards called Ottawa as a Music City.
It was hosted by the 2017 Juno Awards Host Committee.
This engaging panel discussion, moderated by the CBC Ottawa Giacomo Panico, will feature diverse speakers including Amy Terrill, Executive Vice President of Music Canada, Scott May of Bar Robo, Kelly Symes (General Manager – Festival of Small Halls Ontario), artist/entrepreneur Kathleen Edwards (Quitters Coffee) and Lixar ‘s Shelley Fraser – advocates for the role that music industries can play in building sustainable, vibrant cities.
