It’s July and it means fun hot summer outdoor concerts which is happening for 9 days, it is Ottawa RBC Bluesfest 2016.
The first night the headliner was Billy Idol.
While I didn’t go and see him perform, there were better acts to check out on the first night.

The bands I got to see were Sweden’s Peter Bjorn and John who headlined the Blacksheep Stage.
They were brilliant live and of course I was happy that they sang Young Folks.
The Head and The Heart @ RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2016
Seattle’s The Head and the Heart headlined the Monster Energy Stage.
They performed a wonderful indie folk rock set and previewing materials from their upcoming Warner Brothers Record album called Signs of Light.
