I wasn’t able to go to CMW this past weekend.
But the most talked about show happened to be Austra‘s set at Wrongbar.
For those that don’t know who Austra is.
The band is made up of Katie Stelmanis (Renown singer herself), Maya Postepski and Dorian Wolf (ex-Spiral Beach).
Now there is high anticipation on the new record “Feel It Break” which drops around April or May.
For us Canadians we get the Paper Bag Records version while UK/Europe gets the Domino Records version.
No offense to Paperbag, I would have wanted to have the Domino version just because it’s home to Arctic Monkeys, Dirty Projectors.
There is a lot of buzz surrounding Austra now.
