Seventh day of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest was second night of Country music and Canadiana Rock music.
Headlining the main stage was American Idol judge and country musician Luke Bryan.
Vast difference from the first country night, this had more showy concert vibe and not all about drinking beer.
Luke had gave a wonderful stage presence.
Crash Test Dummies where I miraculously caught Superman’s Song and it was so great singing out loud!
Waited until they ended with Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm which was great too!
The Tea Party headlined at the River Stage and rocked it out.
Wide Mouth Mason at the River Stage, who played second and caught some of their set.
One act I was excited to see on the seventh day was American musician Lucy Dacus.
There was a great turnout with the younger audience, maybe it was the Phoebe Bridgers/boygenius effect.
Lucy played a great indie rock set playing materials from Home Video, Historian and Dancing in the Dark from the 2019 Covers EP.
Sacha was suppose to play at 6pm was delayed due to her flight arrival to Ottawa (Blame Air Canada 😛 ).
A nice country pop set to warm up the audience.
Started off catching soul/R&B musician Janette King.
