There is hype surrounding Rhye‘s debut album Woman.
Rhye sort of quietly crept in the scene late 2012 with their beautiful song The Fall.
Rhye is Mike Milosh and Robin Hannibal.
Think of smooth sensual R&B electronica which is a cross between Sade, Zero 7 and The Weeknd.
With some research, what is shocking is that the vocalist singing the songs is actually male!
With a title like “Woman” you would expect a woman singing those songs.
It’s one of those albums you just listen to on the bus or driving in the night.
Woman is a very sexy and romantic album.
You can say it is a woman’s perspective on how she is feeling emotionally and sexually.
While most of the tracks are very mellow, slow and sensual R&B music.
The tracks 3 Days and Hunger have a upbeat dance vibe.
This is one of those albums you want to undress and make love to your loved ones.
Pretty amazing album to check out.
