Last night I was listening to a friend’s radio show on CHUO FM.
He played a song by Rostam called Don’t Let It Get To You.
Rostam Batmanglij for those not familiar he plays in the band Vampire Weekend.
I am guessing the band is on a break for the moment.
Since I am in a like/dislike moment from Vampire Weekend.
Seems like he is doing a solo project and hasn’t been signed to a label yet.
Listening to Don’t Let It Get To You, sounds very much like Pat Jordache from Montreal.
With the whole indie experimental tribal drumming rock sound.

Has that India-flavor sound to it.
