Friday night (June 12th) I went to Zaphods to see two great bands.
One I haven’t seen live due to scheduling conflicts when that band comes to Ottawa.
The other one I’ve seen live and are amazing to see and dance live.
The first band I saw was Green Go.
The second band was Ruby Jean and the Thoughtful Bees.
All I had to say is that this past weekend was totally insane with alot of events happening, I went to this one.
With Westfest, Franco Festival and other shows happening, would have thought it would help make it better.
Who says Ottawa doesn’t have anything to do.
Green Go was my first time to see them live.
They were totally amazing and glad that I saw them.
Fun poppy dance tracks.
I danced whole heartedly.
Ruby Jean and the Thoughtful Bees was amazing too.
I had a great time.
Talking to Fez of Green Go, he said he wants to remix their song “Dance Danse Revolution”.
I think it would be cool to hear that remix.
So go get Green Go’s album Borders and Ruby Jean’s self titled album too
