Man it was a wild and exciting Saturday night!
While I get to the XO Ball photos, I am going to mention this great show I attended at Club Saw.
Debaser presented Doomsquad and Backxwash.
Caught parts of Backxwash who started off the show.
Surely gaining some new fans with a blend of experimental and electro-hip-hop music! 8/10.
It’s been awhile since Doomsquad last played in Ottawa.
The band is promoting their third album Let Yourself Be Seen.
Maybe it was the drinks I had at the other party but surely I couldn’t stop myself to dance to their music!
There was some minor difficulties during Two-Way Mirror which stopped their set for about 10 minutes.
But they plowed through and the audience kept dancing! 9/10.
