About the track by Yolande:
I finished writing this song in 2020 after many significant changes in my personal life + isolation.
I journaled a lot during this period and what came through was an intense desire to face my past and see where I can grow from there.
This song tells my personal story with outgrowing and dismantling old beliefs about myself and my body.
I am grateful for this life and all of its gifts. This video was filmed in my mother’s home country Taiwan by my lovely husband.
