As part of Support Local Month in Ottawa. town. which is a restaurant on Elgin St decided to hold an event for Support Local. It was a first time for the restaurant to hold live music. I finally got to see Scattered Clouds play live. It is the brainchild of Philippe Charbonneau (Ferriswheel), Jamie Kronick and Pierre-Luc Clément.
